Fluidized Bed Jet Mill
How It Works
High-pressure compressed air is injected into the grinding chamber via supersonic nozzles, creating a fluidized bed of material. The micronization relies entirely on high-energy self-grinding collisions at the airflow intersection, eliminating mechanical contact and foreign contamination. Fine powder then rises to the high-efficiency turbine classifier; qualified particles are collected, while others return to the grinding zone for re-processing.
